Here is a five-minute video I recorded while on silent retreat. I wanted to share the experience of walking in the woods with my students, many of whom do not have time to spend weekends outside of hectic New York City.

I teach simple mindfulness practices to anyone who wants to learn. I've taught toddlers, children, teens, parents, college students, people with mental illness, senior citizens, and adults with cognitive disabilities.
