Here is a five-minute video I recorded while on silent retreat. I wanted to share the experience of walking in the woods with young adults who do not have time to spend weekends outside of hectic New York City.

Over the past decade I've shared some of my favorite mindfulness techniques with friends and family members. Practice companions have included toddlers, children, teens, parents, college students, people with mental illness, senior citizens, and adults with cognitive disabilities.
